Flexible Working Drops Down Employees List of Priorities

New research conducted by ADP has found that flexible working has fallen down the list of employees priorities over the last couple of years, with flexible hours falling from 33% in 2022 to 25% in 2024. Moreover, flexibility in terms of location was ranked as important by just 15% of employees. Issues that ranked higher were pay (55%), job security (46%), career progression (34%), and work enjoyment (29%)
