New Consultation Launched On TUPE

A new consultation was launched in relation to TUPE on the 16th May 2024. The consultation will address the Government's proposals to: (1) clarify that TUPE only applies to employees, not workers, and (2) that an employee's contract can only be transferred to one employer in a situation where the transfer involves multiple different parties. The consultation will close on the 11th July 2024
