National Minimum Wage: Live-In Domestic Worker Exemption Repealed

The exemption under Regulation 57 of the National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015 meant that live-in domestic workers did not qualify to be paid the National Minimum Wage. With the passing of the National Minimum Wage (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2023 on the 9th January 2024, the exemption will be repealed with effect from the 1st April 2024
