HR Professionals Embrace New Technology, Despite AI Bias Concerns

Further to our recent article on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the future of HR, new research conducted by HR Technologies UK has found that 94% of HR professionals believe that new technology has a key role to play in addressing current and future HR challenges, with 80% stating that they are in favour of using AI in the recruitment process despite concerns that it "has reliably been demonstrated to perpetuate common societal biases across characteristics such as race, gender, age and even regional dialect."
