Gender Pay Gap Reporting Non-Compliance Falls By 71.43%

GQ|Littler has found that the number of organisations who failed to comply with the gender pay gap reporting requirements fell from 28 in 2022 to just 8 in 2023, a fall of 71.43%. They also found that this increasing level of compliance has been achieved without having to issue any fines for non-compliance over the last 5 years, with the number of organisations failing to report having come down from 47 in 2019 to the aforementioned 8 in 2023.
