Gender Pay Gap: New Analysis Finds That It Will Take 45 Years To Close

New analysis of the 2023-24 gender pay gap data by PwC has found that whilst the mean gender pay gap fell by 0.4% from 12.2% in 2022-23 to 11.8% in 2023-24, at this rate it will take 45 years to fully close the gap.
