Gender Pay Gap Data 2023/34: Update

Further to our recent article on the findings uncovered by early assessments of the gender pay gap data for 2023/34, further analysis conducted by the Financial Times has confirmed that the gender pay gap has fallen to a new record low. The Financial Times found that the the median pay gap had fallen to 9%, 0.1% lower than the 9.1% reported by the Guardian as a result of its early analysis of the data.
