Acas has now published the final version of its Code of Practice on requests for flexible working, with changes in the law under the Employment Relations (Flexible Working) Act 2023 coming into force today. Under the new Act, workers now have a day 1 right to request flexible working, as opposed to the previous position of 6 months.
