On the 25th August 2023, the Government launched its consultation in relation to the statutory Code of Practice that Trades Unions must follow in terms of 'reasonable steps' they must take in order to adhere to the requirements of the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023. That consultation closes on the 6th October 2023 at 9:30am. Hence, those who wish to submit a response have until then to do so.
