The website contains first instance decision from English, Scottish, and Welsh Employment Tribunals from 2015 onwards. If you require access to English and Welsh Employment Tribunal decisions made prior to 2015 (or a judgment from 2015-17 that has not been published online), then you will need to apply by post to or visit the Employment Tribunal Field Support Office at Triton House, St Andrews Street North, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1TR. For pre 2015 Scottish Employment Tribunal decisions (or 2015-17 Scottish decisions not published online), you would need to apply by post to or visit Glasgow Employment Tribunal, Eagle Building, 215 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7TS.
Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) Judgments are available separately at the EAT online service.
